Refund Policy

We hope you are highly satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you need to return an item, we would be more than willing to accommodate you by offering a store credit.

We now offer store credit for all returns. All items must be returned with the invoice, and in the original condition in which they were received. 

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Online merchandise returned within 30 days of the shipped date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Items must have original tags attached
  • Items must be stain free (deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, etc.)
  • Items must be odor free (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)
 Items NOT Eligible for Return:
  • Sale Items
  • Accessories (including, but NOT LIMITED TO: Jewelry, Purses, etc.) 

The above items listed are merely an example of final sales and shall not constitute an exhaustive list of final sales or “non-returnable” items. Jacksonville Bookstore Inc. reserves the right to deem ANY sale as “Final” even if not marked as “Final” and reserves the right to classify any item as non-returnable at its discretion. If any item does not meet these guidelines, it will not qualify as an acceptable return and no credit will be issued. All items must be returned to the Jacksonville Bookstore within 30 days of the shipped date. Please include the original invoice and any notes (email or written) as to why it is being returned.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please email shopthemad@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number.
  • Lost Packages: We recommend ensuring your package when sending it back. Jacksonville Bookstore Inc. is not liable for items that are lost while in-transit.
  • Processing: Once we have received your returned merchandise, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will be issued an electronic store credit gift card.
  • Online Store Credit: All returns are processed for a STORE CREDIT only via the form of electronic Gift Card. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the price of item and not for any shipping and handling charges. We will email you a confirmation once the store credit has been issued.
  • Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
